Learn how to secure, restore, and duplicate your Shopify store data.

🚀 Quick Start Guide

Woonic runs enterprise-grade cloud backups of your store automatically. Setup takes 60 seconds:

  1. Install the App — Connect Woonic safely from the Shopify App Store.
  2. First Snapshot — Woonic runs a complete initial backup scan automatically within 5 minutes.
  3. Real-time Hooks — Going forward, any product updates or theme changes are captured in real-time via webhooks.

What Resources are Backed Up?

Depending on your active subscription plan, Woonic secures individual version snapshots for the following assets:

  • Products & Variants — Titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, inventory
  • Collections — Smart & custom structure layouts
  • Themes — Liquid templates, CSS/JS assets, configuration files
  • Pages & Blogs — Published articles and marketing assets
  • Customers & Orders — Metadata structures and transactional history
  • Discounts & Settings — Store configuration and price rules

Restoring Theme Files & Code Diffing

If a script edits a theme asset or a code tweak breaks your store layout:

  1. Open the Theme Browser tab inside the application.
  2. Select the theme and search for the specific modified template file.
  3. Click Preview Diff to inspect Git-style red/green additions and deletions side-by-side.
  4. Click Quick Undo to roll back that specific file immediately.
